I wanted to improve my symmetrical ATU because is missing panel meters to measure the symmetry. So the first step is to put in place an additional current measuring circuit.

There many examples on vintage magazines and RF books but while googling my attention has been captured by two examples.

One very nice tuner and meter can be found here and was made by L Y 1 O. The circuit looks pretty simple.
